For the last 25 years we have been dedicated to the tourism industry. Panama Great Adventures was founded on 2009 offering outdoor activities like bird watching, kayaking, ziplining, photography, fishing, river rafting among other tours. Several of these activities can be combined with historical and cultural tours that will allow you to learn more about Panamá. We conduct our tours assuring personalized attention and minimizing your enviromental footprint.

POLICY
RESERVATION POLICY
To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit when booking a tour, and the remaining 50% fee must be cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
SUPPLIERS
Panama Great Adventures, Inc., sub-contracts or retains services from independent suppliers of transport services, accommodations, restaurant and others that are not under its control. Thus, Panama Great Adventures, Inc., is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to property, personal injury or death due to: Any act or omission of the supplier.
Mechanical defects or failures of any means of transportation (air, land or water) that is under their control.
Acts of God, fire, Acts of Government or Other Authorities, wars, terrorist attacks, strikes, theft, robbery, disease or epidemics and quarantines, dangerous incidents at sea, land and air travel, and other similar acts or incidents beyond their control.
These agreements shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of Panama.
Other than services directly provided to the client, Panama Great Adventures, Inc., shall not be liable to the client for any damage resulting from, or due to improper performance of services by the suppliers of related tourism services (such as, but not limited to, transport services, accommodations, restaurant and other supplies).
Panama Great Adventures, Inc., shall not be responsible or liable for the negligent acts and/or omission of supplies and/or sub-contractors and their servants or agents from claims arising from, but not limited to, poor local knowledge, rudeness, unhelpful attitudes towards groups, sexual harassment, inadequate response to passenger needs, or those resulting in death, bodily injury or illness of the client.
