Volcan Baru National Park Hike
Today we will visit the Volcan Barú. This is the highest elevation of Panama, with 3.475 meters above sea level, located in the district of Bugaba, Chiriquí. It is a potentially active volcano, although its last eruption was in 1550. Once at the top, you can see the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
It will take approx.. 8 hours to get to the top.
Once we return to the starting point, we will be waiting for a well-deserved box lunch!.
